I live in Texas and I’m salary. At first they said I can flex off the OT I work but now they say that I pretty much work all the OT they need me to and I don’t get paid, or PTO nor do I get to flex off. Are they allowed to do that?

What is your take on nurses being made to clock out unpaid for an interrupted, monitoring residents being nonnegotiable “lunch break”?

say, u are suppose to get 30 mins. but sometimes that just isn't possible with my job. so say I take 27 mins. the manager will change it to 30 mins. is that right? or changing my clock in time. say we start at 8 am. I clock in at 750. and my time is changed to 8am. legal? right?

Training/meeting was 3 months late and was given a run around to get it finally added. Was half an hour short, but I have no proof of this and they said they would pay fitness training wage but ended up paying the hourly rate

Look into JBS. They have a history of not paying their workers the correct amount, and then giving them pennies on the dollar when called out about it.

unfortunately the state that I'm in even lawyers can't make a difference. my state is specifically designed to protect the employer not the employee even filing discrimination is extremely difficult

Help!!! my employer never pays me on time. I’ve been employed by them for 2 years. I earn a salary, but paydays have always varied. Never predictable. I only get policy regurgitated at me when I speak up.

We have to “lose” time and take a longer unpaid lunch if we have to stay over bc they can only approve 40 hrs a week and it has to stay within their budget.
