Metro watches busy areas for parking violations and then tows a vehicle away faster than hijackers .... They leave no note or message whatsoever, how does a person lnow their car was taken to the pound???

if you don't have tracker, you won't know your car is there. as for notifying the ower through a data base..... they can't even give you a drivers license, they know how to get hold of you when there is a fine though. 🤔
