Air fryer KFC‑style chicken Ingredients 1 large chicken breast, scored Marinade 1/4 cup buttermilk or 3 tbsp Greek yogurt 2 tbsp pickle juice 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chicken stock powder 1 tbsp garlic oil 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Coating 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup tapioca starch Crunch 10–12 crushed rice crackers (or more) Cook Marinate chicken 1 hour Double coat: flour mix, marinade, rice crackers Lightly oil both sides Air fry 200°C, 15 min, flip, oil again, 10 minutes
