Steamer-Free Dim Sum Recipe🥟
[Ingredients]
• Ground Meat: 200g
• Sugar: 1 tbsp
• Salt: 1/2 tbsp
• Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
• Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
• Oyster Sauce: 2 tbsp
• Minced Ginger: 1 tbsp
• Black Pepper: A pinch
• Mushroom: 1 piece, chopped
• Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
• Cabbage: 1/4 head
• Dumpling Wrappers
[Instructions]
1. Mix the filling
Combine the meat with all seasonings, chopped mushroom, and cornstarch. Knead the mixture until it becomes sticky.
2. Prepare the wrappers
Cut the dumpling wrappers into squares. Use a rolling pin to roll them out very thin.
3. Shape the Dim Sum
Make an "OK" sign with your hand. Place the wrapper over the hole, fill it with the meat mixture, and flatten the top surface.
4. Set up the pot
Place a layer of cabbage leaves at the bottom of a pot. Arrange the dim sum on top of the cabbage and add a small amount of water.
5. Steam and Serve
Cover the pot and boil for 10 minutes. Enjoy your delicious homemade dim sum!
