this woman is seriously in total confusion and officers were seriously trying to help her but she just wasn't understanding, even offered her a ride home, I watched this over and over before commenting, officers tried their best, thank you officers

The female police officer was super nice! If I ever get pulled over, I would want someone like her🙏 …..for this lady who was arrested, unfortunately I think it was a language barrier and she didn’t understand much. This is why immigrants shouldn’t have licenses until they understand our laws for the road etc🤷♀️
