@storypulze: He pretended his wife was his wife | Albert Johnson Walkers story. Albert Johnson Walker was a Canadian con artist who ran a massive Ponzi scheme before his life spiraled into fraud, identity theft, kidnapping, and murder. After stealing millions from investors, Walker fled Canada with his teenage daughter, forcing her to pose as his wife while they hid in Europe. But that wasn’t enough. To stay hidden, Albert Johnson Walker stole the identity of a man named Ronald Platt — and when Platt returned, Walker lured him onto a boat and killed him, dumping his body in the water. The case cracked open when police investigated a body found at sea and traced a Rolex watch on the victim’s wrist, linking everything back to Walker, who had been living under the dead man’s identity. His lies, scams, and double life finally collapsed, leading to his arrest and life sentence. This is one of the most disturbing identity theft and murder cases ever uncovered. #crime #crimestory #truecrimestories #realcrimestory
