Yes totoo po ito, I usually sleep late at night because I worked in the day and study bookkeeping at night. Noon I take Melatonin only but parang wla syang effect sa akin. I slept nga but I felt heavy in the morning with a headache. Buti na lng my sister recommended this to me. Sobrang effective sya sa akin kasi I don't feel sluggish and I don't feel any headache in the morning na. This is good for people who are always hustling day and night. Nakakahelp talaga sya, narereduce cguro nya yung stress levels kaya kinabukasan maganda gising mo kahit kulang ka sa sleep.
