I recommend it to everyone who loves cooking these Snickers bars. Layer 1 Caramel–Peanut Layer 100 g dates (pitted) 100 g salted peanuts 1 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar) Layer 2 Peanut Layer 3 tbsp peanut butter 30–50 g salted peanuts Layer 3 Cashew Nougat 120 g raw cashews 50–60 ml coconut milk 2–3 tbsp honey or another sweetener A pinch of salt Chocolate Coating 150 g chocolate 1 tbsp oil (I use coconut oil) Instructions It’s better to soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours. 1. To make the first layer, blend the dates, peanuts, and peanut butter in a blender. Spread the mixture in a thin layer in a mold. You can use a mold like mine or a container lined with plastic wrap. 2. Spread peanut butter on top of the caramel–peanut layer and sprinkle with salted peanuts. Put it in the freezer for a short time until slightly firm. 3. Meanwhile, blend the soaked cashews, coconut milk, sweetener, and salt until smooth. 4. Spread the cashew layer on top of the previous layers. 5. Put everything in the fridge until completely frozen. 6. When frozen, melt the chocolate using a water bath. I heat water in a pan, turn off the heat, and place a bowl with chocolate into the hot water. Be careful: water must not get into the chocolate, or it will become lumpy. Add oil to make the chocolate more fluid. 7. Dip the frozen bars into the melted chocolate. If you used a container, cut the mixture into rectangles first. To keep the Snickers fresh longer, store them in the freezer.
