I have to take a Xanax to go to the dentist for a cleaning. And sometimes I cancel or don’t show up because I can’t do it. And people in my life would be shocked to know this actually because I’m the go to person when the shit hits the fan. We all have our things, rational or irrational, and compassion and empathy are available to everyone.
