Thank you sir for this lesson. But I want to ask sir. In my church, we are many in the choir. And the leader of the praise team selects those who will be in the praise team. The problem is that none of them wants rehearsals, prayer meetings and all the necessary meetings. But they would come on Sunday and do whatever they like. I'm part of the praise team and it feels like I'm not growing at all. Please sir, what can I do in this?

We’re like 20 but not up to 4 can follow tempo talk less of singing a full song and are not willing to learn they said they love good music but good is looking but at the heart and not the goodness of the voice ..

I am not in a part of the music team or praise team in my choir and I am okay with it yet that doesn't make me to lag behind. That small team is stressful. I do most of my rehearsals personally and am sure I know better than most of them in the music team. the main thing is make sure you do your personal rehearsal.
