My pork belly comes out perfect after 20 mins. Bro I'm not waiting a hour, when I say perfect, I mean there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, juicy, fat is perfectly dark brown. HOW can u wait an hour x

The proper way to get the crispy skin is to score it like u did but gently pour kettle water over the top before cooking until the skin starts to open up by itself on top. You should see it start to seperate
