You need to open the window a little after showering to let out the steam and prevent humidity.

It might be different colors due to dye lots, this commonly happens with things like tiles, wallpaper etc.

Thank you for doing this, I have the exact same sticky tiles I put them up 2 weeks ago and I was also worried about water getting stuck behind it and creating mold, good to know it didn’t happen on your side!
