y tengo la v16s y he notado que se me congela las aplicaciones o cuando el nitro debe aparecer en la ventana de WiFi después de dejar utilizar unos 10 minutos y también yo no lo utilice cargando pero estaba al 30% de batería lo puse a cargar mi bien lo conecte no quiso encender la pantalla y se reinicio solo la laptop es normal todo esto ?
