Veggie Bread Flower🌸🌼 **Ingredients** * Bread slices * Boiled potatoes (mashed) * Chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, corn, peas, etc.) * Your preferred spices/masala * Olive oil spray (optional) **Instructions** 1. Take a slice of bread and flatten it using a rolling pin. 2. Use any round object (like a bowl or lid) to cut the bread into a circle. 3. Take a cup or muffin mould and gently press the bread circle inside so it forms a flower or cup shape. 4. In a pan, heat the boiled mashed potatoes. Add chopped veggies and your preferred masala/spices. Mix well. 5. Turn the cup upside down and carefully remove the bread “flower” shape. 6. Place the bread flowers on a baking sheet. 7. Fill each bread flower with the potato–veggie mixture. 8. Bake for about **15 minutes** until slightly crispy. 9.
