Thats fine, the property manager can either deal with you, or deal with your lawyer

The people you hired didn't do what they were hired to do. After you fire them, sue them for the damages. You don't hire a property manager to not manage a property.

You need a new property manager and you should sue the old one. That’s blatant dereliction of duty.

Your property manager probably has business insurance; your homeowners insurance should be suing her business insurance.

Yeah, that’s a lawsuit against your property manager, but good luck getting money out of it unless there are a ton of other properties under management. *hugs*. You’re better off renting it. At least people would have been in it. Gotta love when people don’t do their job.
