I wish I had seen this before I bought it. I came to TikTok to see if I was using it wrong. I bought off of Artuvate website and there is no traction or massage. Just vibration in a weird pattern with slight warmth. So stupid. There goes $140. And it took almost 2 weeks to get here

Also, be warned that this massager vibrates, it in no way "massages". Also the warranty/return policy has a lot of stipulations. Must use for 30 days, 20% restock fee and you have to incur complete cost of return shipping.

Ugh mine just arrived and I’m having the same experience!!! I’m so confused? There’s no massage at all? Just a harsh vibration and I’m wondering how I’m supposed to feel relief?!?! (I have chronic migraines and was soo excited for this. Frustrating!)

Scam don't buy it!! Made me nauseous and they hide the fact there is a 20 percent restocking fee and they charge you for shipping!! All it does is heat and vibration, no massage.
