@miline_13: Would you believe me if I told you they both have their own beds? Real beds. With sheets. Pillows. Paid for and everything 😅 Yet somehow, every single night, they end up right here, in our bed. Curled up. Breathing heavy. Peaceful. Safe. Some nights I’m uncomfortable. Some nights I barely sleep. Some nights I wish I had my space back. But then I look at this moment and remind myself… One day they won’t climb into our bed anymore. One day they won’t reach for us in their sleep. One day the house will be quiet in a way I’m not ready for yet. So for now, I’ll soak it in. The weight of their little bodies. The warmth. The safety they feel just by being close. Beds can wait.
