This is why tipping your servers is better than having the restaurant pay us. Bc if the restaurant was to pay us? We’re gonna make at least half of what we would normally make . If we were hourly, you wouldn’t get your 6 mountain dews and free side of ranch .

Yes! Top sales server here and I get eyebrows whenever someone asks “why do I actually love to serve”? I thrive in chaos, I read people instantaneously, I even love the assholes, they are smiling by the time they leave. I am powerful AF, wish I could find a career that doesn’t care about a college degree, but would LOVE my skill set. It would be an amazing show on the daily.
