the Chevy Trax I bought does on me and I hit trees with it only had 10k miles on it Chevy said nothing wrong with the car but with it wrecked they offered trade it in and gave me full trade in value, so put all the puzzle together, Chevy knew a problem was there .

As a GM salesman i blame the dealer not the manufacturer I don’t even know how you miss that I sent this to a GM mechanic that I work with even he said how do you miss that what kinda service team they got

my sister has a buick encore and took it through a car wash the week after she got it and the antenna also got ripped off the same exact way I really really wish people would not go through automatic washes they destroy your paint and can brake or tear off trim mirror etc and they typically do not cover those things

That happed to my 19 jeep Cherokee. I don’t use the radio I only used CarPlay so I never replaced the antenna

Dealership is the biggest scam they’re Worster than the insurance company that always try to find a way to make it your fault they do not build cars to last over 3 years Because it’s less money in their pockets if you keep your car for more than three years

Im a manager for a rental company and all the chevy trax's and buick encore's antennas always get ripped off because of the car wash. Really dumb design to have that style antenna up top of all places

warranty isn’t gonna cover parts you broke. warranty is for malfunctions and issues that stem directly from the manufacturer
