I file them everyday and I still cut myself 😭 sometimes when I’m crazy itchy I’ll scratch with a clean hairbrush so I don’t draw blood

Ugh I am SO sorry! This looks absolutely painful! I have psoriasis and am prescribed topical steroids. I try to follow instructions but I do get scared using them

I took a 3 month break from acrylics bc I was worried maybe they were causing my flare but my natural nails did soooo much more damage and my skin is significantly better having the nails back on. I even ask the nail salon to make them a little thicker!
