Typical morning routine with acne is just negotiating with your skin before you even brush your teeth 😩 I used to start every day stressed and checking mirrors until I stopped blaming my face and shifted my eating habits to actually support my body as a woman, that perspective came from Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and honestly I wish I found it earlier

exactly touching your face makes it not dissapear faster..but its hormonal, just eat healthy do some sports, and it will dissapear once hormones fix
