Your products might not be compatible. Water, silicone, and talc are usually the main ingredients for makeup. Try warming your blush on your hand, then lightly set your whole face (then bake if you want) then you can try layering the powder blush. I personally hate cream blushes for this reason they aren’t very beginner or full face friendly. Rare beauty liquid blush and hourglass powder blush is a great combo for the same look

i have this issue too. if you’re using like cream or liquid blush, for cream swatch it on the back of your hand and use the flat end of a beauty blender and then apply. for liquid you do the same thing or apply it directly to the beauty blender and then tap on the back of your hand. also, don’t apply the liquid or cream blush before you set your face

hello! i use a double ended brush from rt that is meant for highligher but it’s really small so it allows me to be precise with the application (rt460). you could also use a bigger one like the one i use for bronzer that is also double ended (rt459). to be fair, you can use any brush that you like, just be sure that it is great quality and that it’s appropriate for the formula (cream/liquid or powder). first of all, i take the dense end, apply the cream or liquid blush on the back of my hand, warming it up if it’s a stick. then i lightly tap the brush onto the product, remove the excess by tapping on a clean part of my hand and only then i apply the blush with gentle tapping motions. then, i set my face with setting powder but only where i have put concealer or foundation, i don’t set the spots with cream/liquid blush or bronzer. then i use the powder blush/bronzer over the places where i have already put the liquid or cream product. then i use a setting spray to melt the powders and to make my base long lasting at the same time (i use the old version of the ud all nighter, now the equivalent should be the skindinavia setting spray). hope it helps!!

this was happening to me that two things that I fixed is that I washed my brushes more often and I don’t think my foundation was blended in properly in that area

it honestly depends on a lot of things. it could be your skin prep or maybe you have an oily spot. it could also be the way you apply your blush if it’s cream of liquid. make sure you base is even and put the blush on the back of your hand and warm it up with a brush or sponge if that’s what you use. if it’s powder make sure your base if fully set with powder before you go in with it
