@natti7124: If you have a problem with me, address it with me. It’s really that simple. Say it to my face, not behind my back. Don’t carry my name into rooms I’m not in just to create a version of me that fits your narrative. There’s nothing respectful about smiling in my presence and then tearing me down in private. That kind of behavior isn’t maturity, it’s cowardice. If you’re bold enough to talk about me, you should be bold enough to talk to me. Anything less is just dishonesty disguised as politeness. Real adults handle issues directly. They communicate. They don’t gossip, whisper, or recruit an audience. They don’t pretend everything is fine while quietly planting doubt and negativity elsewhere. If there’s an issue, bring it to the source. That’s how problems get resolved, and that’s how respect is maintained. I’d rather hear an uncomfortable truth than live around fake energy. I can handle criticism. What I won’t tolerate is two-faced behavior. Don’t act friendly to my face while disrespecting me behind my back. That only tells me more about your character than mine. So if you have something to say about me, say it to me. Keep the same energy whether I’m in the room or not. Be real, be direct, and be honest. Anything else is just noise, and I don’t entertain noise anymore.
