They are getting support to this day, but they’re getting less support specifically for the mask heroes we did get some recently, and elemental heroes are just a segment of the hero mega archetype

That’s only one of them, there are several yugioh cards and archetypes that are tokusatsu references. The kaiju archetype is exactly what you think and has a Ultraman reference in it. The super quantum archetype is a sentai themed group of yugioh cards. Even the masked heroes aren’t the only Kamen rider archetype in yugioh as the Inzektors are also heavily themed on rider.
