بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر 30 تموز 2026 في هذا اليوم العالمي نجدد التزامنا الراسخ بحماية كرامة الإنسان وصون حقوقه انطلاقاً من إيماننا بأن الإنسان هو القيمة الأسمى وأن أمنه وحريته مسؤولية وطنية وإنسانية مشتركة. لقد حقق العراق خطوات مهمة في تعزيز منظومة مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر بفضل تكامل الجهود بين مؤسسات الدولة والدعم المتواصل من القيادة العليا والدور المحوري للقضاء العراقي العادل الذي شكّل ركناً أساسياً في ترسيخ العدالة وسيادة القانون، بما يعزز ثقة المجتمع ويواكب أفضل الممارسات الدولية. وتواصل مديرية مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر وتهريب المهاجرين تطوير قدراتها وتعزيز الشراكات الوطنية والدولية ونشر الوعي المجتمعي ودعم كل المبادرات التي تسهم في حماية الإنسان وتعزيز ثقافة المسؤولية المجتمعية. وفي هذه المناسبة ندعو الجميع إلى أن يكونوا شركاء في نشر الوعي وترسيخ قيم الرحمة والعدالة والإسهام في بناء مجتمع يحترم الإنسان ويحفظ كرامته. كل التقدير لكل من يسهم في حماية الإنسان والشكر للقضاء العراقي ومؤسسات الدولة وشركائنا الوطنيين والدوليين على جهودهم المتواصلة في ترسيخ العدالة وسيادة القانون. اللواء الدكتور مصطفى الياسري مدير مديرية مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر وتهريب المهاجرين On the Occasion of the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 30 July 2026 On this World Day, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to protecting human dignity and safeguarding fundamental rights, driven by our firm belief that every human being is of the highest value and that ensuring their safety and freedom is a shared national and humanitarian responsibility. Iraq has made significant progress in strengthening its national response to trafficking in persons through the coordinated efforts of state institutions, the continuous support of the country’s leadership, and the pivotal role of the Iraqi judiciary, whose independence and commitment to justice have been instrumental in upholding the rule of law, strengthening public confidence, and advancing internationally recognized standards. The Directorate for Combating Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants remains committed to enhancing its operational capabilities, expanding national and international partnerships, raising public awareness, and supporting initiatives that promote the protection of human dignity and reinforce a culture of shared responsibility. On this occasion, we call upon everyone to be partners in raising awareness, promoting the values of justice, compassion, and respect for human dignity, and contributing to the building of a society where every individual is protected and valued. Our sincere appreciation goes to all those who contribute to protecting human dignity. We extend our profound gratitude to the Iraqi Judiciary, state institutions, and our national and international partners for their continued dedication to advancing justice and upholding the rule of law.
