second pregnancy symptoms are actually a million times worse. my OB took me by the shoulders, looked me in the eyes, and told me to mentally prepare myself, sleep as much as i can, and eat small meals 😂

Unisom and prenatals at night is the only way I got through the first trimester nausea! Pregnant with my second as well! It’s definitely a different feeling than the first!

When I’ve been struggling and counting down days to the 2nd trimester and then my doctor says “hey surprise the baby is tracking one week smaller than you thought”😭😭
