So interesting! I use an Oura ring for sleep and HR but maybe I need to switch to this! I like how you get minute to minute details

The visible band will tell you how long your in exertion mode, and I get the alerts on my Apple Watch (I use both) I also get the alerts on my phone in addition to the watch.

NOWATCH :
Great video! Let’s clarify a few points:
NOWATCH starts at $449 including tax and shipping. No subscription.
—
It’s actually waterproof so you can swim and shower with it.
—
The vibrations are a warning for you that you’re in high reactivity. You can read this as: your heart rate has been elevated for a bit compared to your baseline. For people with healthy bodies it’s not a warning but a notification, but for chronically ill people you can perceive it as an alert to slow down.
—
You can also get heart rate based vibrations during an activity. Users with POTS are often just running their activity all day on the background to get those HR vibrations too.
—
The NOWATCH is actually an analog watch that does tell time. You can take out the disc and change the time yourself. The crown on the watch is for starting activities or doing a check-in.
