It definitely works, but it ain’t easy and comes with the risk that you can’t sell that contract. You close in 30 days, if you don’t get a deal done well before that your stuck with the house, taxes, and gotta fix it up and sell it yourself

Great way of breaking down the whole sale industry honestly. But if end buyer dont buy you will lost that deposit and if sellers were smart they would have got minimum 10k from you for emd😉
