“Villa María Pia” in Praiano, is the hotel I always stay at when visiting the Amalfi Coast. It is a bargain, especially considering it’s located next to Positano! It is a pristine, family run and owned gem of a hotel with its own grotto and w/ its own parking. They will arrange excursions to the islands of Capri and/or Ischia (a must do!). They will take care of all reservations/recommendations, etc. Tell Giulia and Vincenzo that Dianne from California recommended you. They truly go out of their way to please all their guests!
