@jennifer.lauren.rose: Tree Magic and Earth Magic. Learning to connect to the earth, to speak to her, and to listen when she speaks back has radically and completely transformed my life. I have deep relationships with trees. I give them gifts (always earth friendly and non-toxic), I give them thanks and blessings, I tell them my prayers, I tell them about the pain going on in the world and ask for their help and protection. And I listen when they speak back. They give me guidance, help, signs and support. In fact, I do not make any major life decisions anymore without first consulting the trees/ the earth. It has always brought me guidance and magic beyond anything I could have orchestrated myself. Start in your own back yard. Give offerings. Ask to connect. And when you travel, connect with a tree at your new location. It’s a beautiful way to introduce yourself to the land, the local beings/ spirits there, to give your gratitude and to ask for guidance and protection. Magic is real. You’ll start experiencing it in clear and unmistakable ways when you reconnect with the earth.
