It’s funny how so many of us prefer different corn tortillas. I love the bueno (orange wrapper). But I make them exactly like you. I do use a ton of cheese. I make 2 pans as well to have left overs.😂🤣😂🤣😂 yours look fantastic!!!! 🤤🤤🤤

Made them for dinner last night! Mine have a few differences but essentially the same thing! Super bummed though, I used my last bag of chile! Chile season is still too far away and I’m not a fan of any of the frozen 😩

I love when my green chile is colored like that... i make my enchiladas sauce the same however I make "lazy way" so instead of layering it i tear up the corn tortillas into smaller pieces and throw them straight into the suace with cheese then throw it all in the pan to put in the over to melt the top layer of cheese.
