Exactly what I’ve said, the Minister approved the name changes, he did not think of them. He has no constitutional reason to refuse name changes. Had he refused, that would also be an issue.

Is true...if people submit proposals a Minister don't have the power to rejected the proposals and say no...However we will also been given the opportunity to have say...Is about time our own Indegenous names our own ! Khoekhoegowab Languages our own Nama Khwê languages and names must be recognised.. especially in the Ecape...part of the Ecape is not a traditional Xhosa region....!Qebegha..is even spelled wrongly to fit the Xhosa spelling...

this is Southa the names should represent the people of the county not all but the natives... we don't were or who us east London but we know who's Robert Sibukwe is we know kuGompo we know... we can't have a name of a foreign city in a foreign country
