In America, too many police treat the Constitution like an inconvenience, not as a limit to governmental powers. “Arrest now, let the courts fix it later” isn’t justice. Without real accountability—financial or criminal—citizens’ rights become optional, and compliance becomes the only thing that matters. That’s not how policing in a free society should work. We the People must End Qualified Immunity!

That cop should be fired. The citizen does not have to help the cops at all. He doesn't have to provide ID minus a crime. The cop just arrested the citizen for no real reason. Just because he wanted to. Cops should be held 100% liable for their actions.
