As a New Yorker I can’t with the side salad bagels here. They focus too much on what’s in the bagel too rather than the actual bagel! I would love a good spot with different toes of bagels and some cream cheeses and that’s it

A Parisian bagel shop did a pop up in animo a while ago. Those were so much better than anything in Brussels. I wish more Parisian shops opened in Brux
