@jessthomofit: Banana chocolate chip protein pancakes, one of my favourite weekend breakfast ideas. It sweet, comforting and SO moreish! 📌 598 cals, 5g fibre, 38g protein, 1 very ripe banana 40g self raising flour 25g vanilla @morenutrition.uk protein (code JESSTHOMO) 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg 100ml skim milk 25g dark chocolate chips Few sprays 1 cal spray 1. Mash the banana until smooth then add all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and oil spray) and mix until smooth. 2. Fold in the chocolate chips 3. Heat the oil over a medium heat, before adding the mixture and allowing to cook, flip once small air bubbles appear on the surface and cook for another few minutes.
