Careful most wallpaper is gonna bubble if you paint it like that it might not bubble a lot, but it will have some bubbling in most wallpaper

Do not recommend this. Putting wet paint on top of wallpaper often times will make the wallpaper peel.

Seal it first scrape any seam and then you skimcoat it prime again then paint no seam or imperfections

paint it in oil twice. then skim coat with drywall mud.... not rocket science
