I think it’s interesting, parts 3-6 have enemies with time based abilities, but 7, 8 and seemingly 9 too have main villains with space manipulating powers. Valentine can move between space that shouldn’t exist, Wonder of U attacks as you move through space to attack it, and Acca Howler’s stand in its one appearance seemingly was able to freely move a pen through the mist it created, so it’s likely it allows Acca to physically control anything within that mist
