The cops really didn’t have anything to arrest him on until they ran him and found out he had a warrant. Then they decide to throw a charge on him for interfering with a officer

The prosecution didn’t overcharge anything. They tried to charge someone knowing they didn’t have a charge and the prosecutor clearly knew it and didn’t want the judge to see the video. This happens all the time. Dirty prosecutors get away with it if you have an appointed attorney or an awful attorney
