I never realized t-Rex arms were adhd or autism related.. I decided a long time ago it was just more convenient to have my hands at the ready than all the way down 🤷♀️🤷♀️

The imaginary convo and bumper car is too relatable 😭 Also I can not walk with my brother, because we either bump into each other or push each other into things. He was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, I am undiagnosed but am seriously wondering I should’ve been as well. 😂

I forget did you find out you had adhd as an adult? Or as a kid? If you have shared this and i missed it I'm sorry, I'm just curious because I know women can be misdiagnosed with other things and in reality it's ADHD.
