This is why I tell people I don’t believe in hard blocks. Parries, slips, counters and foot work. And it’d you have NO choice. Take the punch. Wing Chung is made fun of but it’s essential to learn this flow and type of blocking. This is real MMA mixing martial arts… not thinking one is better than the next. But utilizing tool from each style. Taking the best from each form. Sticky hands is a beautiful drill you can do and teach to anyone to help deflect from devastating blows. Love this! 👍

I want to say thank you. I ended up in an altercation with someone who was trying to hurt my client and I remember you saying be unpredictable. I manged to not get hurt and diffuse the situation by keeping a safe distance and just throwing him to the ground a couple of times
