My favorite thing when I worked customer service was when angry customers hung up on me. they got to feel like they got the last word, and I got to stop talking to them. it really was a win-win. 🎉

So you hold some kind of space or booking in your name, so they cannot sell it to others, and then your cancel the appointmemt.. year Well, a fee for that is kinda normal.. otherwise could you just book whatever you like, and then dont show up.. if you Think about it, it is bc people like this there is a fee for canceling.. 🤷🏼♂️🤣
