I don’t really think this is a well posed problem personally. Imagine the middle guy not even there - the log would still be stable. So that means he can theoretically contribute between 0 and 100% of the load. 100% being neither the left or right guys providing help. Basically this just says where the weight is distributed which is not inherently indicative of effort of anyone. The only thing we can be sure of is that the left and right guy are pushing roughly the same because the log can tilt and fall. At least thats my interpretation.

in reality, the first problem is indistinct. once an object is positioned vertically on more than 2 points it's imossible to determine the exact loading. it's called overdetermined. engeering student here😏

That assumes each person is a rigid support, which is not true. If the middle person only has the capacity for, say, 35% of the logs weight before he buckles, then the remaining weight will be driven into the others.

The one carrying the most weight - the tallest one as force like to drive down if they’re all equally tall , the skinniest one as there’s an unequal delivery of mass being carried if not then I’m lost. Easier way to look at the problem is to instead of looking at them as people, look at the log hanging as if from 3 lift points from a crane, then just which is closer to the CoG.

While B is still taking the most load it would only be 50% if the wood is cut in half exactly on his shoulders.
If not he take 1.25 times the "load" times one length between him and one of the outside ones.
Meanwhile the ones on the outside take 0.375 per person times the length described previously time the "load"
