Just tried this using base coat and yes it works 100%!!! 🙌🏼👏🏼 don’t spend unnecessary money on products ppl 🤷🏻♀️was debating on getting blooming gel and so glad I didn’t hahaha

Does it need to be base coat? Is there an alternative? I find I have a REALLY hard time getting even just the thinnest of layers of base coat to cure, let alone as much as you’re laying down to create the blooming effect. Doesn’t matter how long I leave my nails/nail to cure in the big light, it always feels sticky not dry.
