I've seen lots of comments of "just do the 2 minutes!" girl, when i say 2 minutes and out the door by 4am, not happening. with autographed, i use 30 seconds and a Waterpick and done. it will come in handy for when the depression hits. when depression hits, oral hygiene is the first thing to go. it takes some getting used to, but to me at least, worth it.

I don’t think ur supposed to move it around a sonic toothbrush vibrates at a sonic level and moving it around stops the contact so it doesn’t vibrate as well

I can see this being a viable option. The only reason why it takes 2 minutes to brush is due to the 30 seconds per area (front, top row, bottom row, back of teeth), so doing all at once would shorten time.
