There's something wrong with the strategy for rates and taxes clearly this is not working!! everything is just expensive. we pay rates and taxes of +R2000, before you even pay for other services. so the government's strategy to making money out of its middle class citizens is not working. Why is the ANC not learning from China. we pay for an arm and a leg.
