Currently, my batter is sitting for the next 10 to 15 minutes. Full review coming. Additionally, little hack if you were making right now & your eggs are not room temperature you can put them in a warm water bath for about five minutes.

Love your videos, but you lost me with the no butter thing when you use butter and you control your temperature properly you get a nice crispy buttery edge. That is amazing.
