Listen I understand that ICE and actual corrupt cops have made it hard for people to see law enforcement as anything but bad. However, it’s their job to chase a thief especially one that started to drive away while the cop was half in the car a she wasn’t following his orders.

Once they got her plate at the car park, that was enough. A pursuit was always going to escalate things, and become expensive very quickly. Not making any excuses for the criminal!
