Ten minutes of visualising cannot outvote a self-image held for years. The words I AM are the most creative words you will ever speak, whatever you attach to them becomes the blueprint, and the blueprint becomes the life. So the work was never manifesting better things into the old you. It is deciding a new I AM and living from it until it becomes your normal state of being. You think from it, move from it, expect from it, and refuse to let the old reflection vote on who you are. The moment the new identity feels normal, the old life stops feeling like home and the new one starts feeling inevitable, and reality must reflect that inevitability into your external world, because reality never once asked what you wanted.
