It worked out so well, was super quick to make and now I even have leftovers sorted for tomorrow’s lunch 🙌🏼 Save this recipe for later 🧡 🛒 Ingridients (2–3 portions) 🥩 2 sirloin steaks (or any steak you like) 🧅 1 onion 🫚 1 tbsp grated ginger 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced 🌿 Fresh parsley 🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika 🥜 1 tsp sesame oil 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce 🌶️ 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 💧 100 ml water 🍚 100 g rice 🥚 1 egg 🧂 Salt ⚫ Black pepper 📝 Steps 1️⃣ Thinly slice the onion and steak and finely chop the parsley 2️⃣ In a bowl mix the marinade ingredients: minced garlic, grated ginger, smoked paprika, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, salt and pepper 3️⃣ Add the steak, onion and parsley to the marinade and mix everything well 4️⃣ Fry the mixture in a hot pan for 5–10 minutes, then add the water, cover with a lid and let it simmer for another 10 minutes 5️⃣ Meanwhile cook the rice according to packet instructions 6️⃣ Once the rice is ready, crack the egg into a pan, scramble it, then mix in the cooked rice 7️⃣ Serve the steak mixture together with the egg-fried rice #EasyRecipes #recipeoftheday #homecooking #DinnerIdeas #eggfriedrice
