Add tomato purée and turmeric, then stir well. 3. Add water, garam masala, chicken powder, and salt. Bring to a boil, then add the soaked rice. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed. Leave on dum for 10 minutes. 4. Arrange the marinated lamb chops in the air fryer, spray lightly with oil, and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway (after about 7 minutes). 5.
